On Monday November 27, 2017, Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Dennis Dillon, age 54 of Cumberland, Maryland. The summons was issued by a private citizen who alleged on November 15, 2017, Dillon assaulted him by pushing in the chest at an establishment on South Mechanic Street. This occurred after a verbal argument between the Dillon and the victim. Dillon was served and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court. The victim did not require medical attention.

CHARGE: Assault 2nd Degree.
