On Tuesday, February 19, 2019, the Cumberland City Police served two Arrest Warrants on Bianca Murphy, age 27 of Cumberland. One Warrant stemmed from Murphy failing appear in District Court on February 14, 2019. The second Arrest Warrant was due to Murphy violating her conditions of probation. Murphy was transported to District Court for her Initial Appearance and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on $5000 bond for each case.
On Tuesday, February 19, 2019, the Cumberland City Police served an Arrest Warrant on Michael Cheshire, age 30 of Cumberland. The Warrant was for Cheshire violating his conditions of probation. Cheshire was transported to District Court for his Initial Appearance and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on $500 bond.
On Tuesday, February 19, 2019, the Cumberland City Police served an Arrest Warrant on Joshua Horner, age 31 of Pennsylvania. The Arrest Warrant was due to Horner failing to appear in the District Court of Worchester County on DUI related traffic charges. Horner was transported to District Court for his Initial Appearance and released on his own recognizance.

Cody Michael Skelley was served a bench warrant for failing to appear in District Court on October 22nd, 2018 to answer to a protective order violation and malicious destruction of property. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $5,000 bond.

Stephen Armand Fisher was served a bench warrant for failing to appear in District Court on October 9th, 2018 to answer to CDS paraphernalia charges. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $500 bond.
