On November 20th, 2019, the Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Awayna Lynn Wilson, age 44, of Cumberland MD. The Summons was in reference to an incident that occurred on October 30th, 2019, at a residence in the 300 block of Columbia St. During that incident, it is alleged that Wilson broke into the residence and stole items from inside. As a result of the investigation, Wilson was charged with Burglary First Degree, Theft less than $100, and Theft $100-$1500. Wilson was served the Summons and released, pending trial in District Court.

Charges: Burglary First Degree, Theft less than $100, Theft $100-$1500.

On September 11th, 2019, the Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Shannon Eugenia Wilson, age 35, of Cumberland MD. The summons was in reference to an incident that occurred on September 10th, 2019. During that incident, it is alleged that Wilson assaulted a staff member at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center. Wilson was served the summons and released, pending trial in District Court.

Charges: 2nd Degree Assault, Intoxicated Endanger.
