On March 25^th, 2020 officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Queen City Drive business for a reported theft. Upon officers arrival they spoke with a store employee who stated that they observed Chelsy Rose Wilt take items from the store without paying for them. Officers located Wilt and discovered she was in possession of the stolen items, as well as stolen items from two other businesses. Wilt was placed under arrest and issued three criminal citations. Wilt was released pending her trial at District Court.
