Officers responded to an address on N. Centre St. for a report of subject who refused to pay their cab fare.  Upon their arrival they made contact with the driver who advised he picked the fare was picked up from the hospital and transported her to this location.  He advised that she said that she didn’t have the money to pay for the fare.   The subject was identified as Ashley May Lloyd who advised that she didn’t have the money to pay the fare.  She was placed under arrest and transported to PH.  At PH she was processed and charged on a Criminal Citation for theft under $100.

Officers responded to Queen City DR for a report of a subject who is standing in the road stopping cars.  Upon their arrival they contacted the subject and identified him as Paul Michael Harman.  Harman had been warned earlier today to stop this type of activity or he would be arrested.  This was the third complaint of Harman acting in this manner.  He was placed under arrest and transported to PH where he was processed and charged on a Criminal Citation fail to obey an officer
