On Monday, April 8th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department responded to the area of the Queen City Drive McDonald’s for a disturbance complaint. When officers arrived, contact was made with a male victim who stated that Trey Jacob Keller sprayed him in the face with a canister of mace and fled the area. Officers were able to locate Keller and short time later. He was found to still be in possession of the canister of mace. Keller was arrested and charged with assault, mace/chemical device with intent to injure, and disorderly conduct. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on an unsecured bond of $1,500 pending trial.
