On Saturday, Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Deron Michael Elbin of Cumberland.
The warrant was issued when application was made to the District Court alleging he violated a protective order.
He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond.
Deron Michael Elbin, age: 42, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges: Violate protective order (2 counts), threat of arson (2 counts), and harassment.
Held without bond.
