Cumberland officials conducted a conference call with CSX representatives Friday morning at City Hall- as talks continue to finalize details toward long range solutions for three West Side bridges. Those spans on Washington, Cumberland and Fayette streets have been closed for more than a year- being deemed unsafe for travel. The most immediate relief should come at Fayette Street as Mayor Ray Morriss reports CSX crews have begun repair work there. Repairs are expected to wrap by the end of the year, which should reduce some of the congestion in the west side…
