The Montgomery County State's Attorney's office has dropped charges of indecent exposure and trespassing against Democratic Delegate Ariana Kelly.  The matter, apparently, will be a topic in family court. 

The 39 year old Kelly is said to have lifted her shirt and exposed her breasts during an alleged argument with her ex-husband and his fiancee.
