According to Allegany County Emergency Management, a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident was reported at approximately 6:40 a.m. this morning. It is a property damage accident involving a motor vehicle and a tractor-trailer on Route 51 near the Millstone. No injuries are reported and the scene was cleared before 9 AM
