Addressing the ongoing controversy over three CSX bridges on Cumberland’s west side, Delegate  Jason Buckel told the Cumberland City Council that the delegation is working to arrange a meeting among all involved parties, including CSX.  Buckel said state funding to replace the bridges would be hard to get without the ownership issues being resolved. Determining ownership and responsibility of the Washington Street, Cumberland Street and Fayette Street railroad bridges has to be dealt with before any serious efforts can begin to address the issues….
