UPDATE:

Allegany County 911 tells WCBC News one person was injured in a three vehicle accident.  Route 36 was reopened after about an hour.

INITIAL REPORT:

Allegany County 911 dispatched units to Route 36 just south of Mountainview Landfill for a vehicle accident.

The call was announced just after 6 PM, and the response closed the road to through traffic.
