BREAKING: Justice Issues Stay At Home Order for WV

West Virginia Governor Jim Justice Monday issued a Stay at Home Order in an attempt to limited residents exposure to COVID-19.

Justice says it's not marial law, but does ask residents to only venture out for necessary services.
