Maryland Governor Larry Hogan Monday took additional steps to discourage interaction in response to the spreading COVID-19 pandemic.
Governor Hogan said this is not a lock down, but does involve the shutting down of all non-essential retail businesses.
Hogan also announced a series of programs to help small businesses through the crisis.

Who is going to pay theses businesses so they can recoup their lost money? FACT: more people have died from the flu this year. Hogan is a fearmonger just like Cuomo and the rest of the Libs!
