Allegany County 911 is reporting a four wheeler accident has occurred off of the Allegheny Highlands Trail in the vicinity of Borden Tunnel.

Several fire companies, EMS and Trooper 5 Helicopter are working on the situation, which was reported during the 7 PM hour.

One patient has been identified with moderate to serious injuries.
