A CSX train headed to Cumberland has reportedly suffered a several car derailment south of Hyndman.

Word out of Bedford County is that at least four cars of a 175 car train jumped the track near Pelllican Road.  That leaves Hogback Road as the only road in and out of Hyndman.

CSX has indicated that the cars were hauling hazardous materials, although none are reported leaking at this time, and there have been no evacuations.

First reports of the mishap surfaced at around 7:30 PM Friday.
