BoE Vice President Says She Believes Solid Protocols Are In Place To Protect Students From Sexual Predators

Allegany County Board of Education vice-president Sara Beth Bittinger tells WCBC News that while she believes there are solid protocols in place to protect students from sexual predators in the schools- the board is always looking for ways to improve the process. Last week a Mountain Ridge High School teacher was indicted and charged with having sexual contact with a 16 year-old student.
