Allegany County Board of Education member Wayne Foote tells WCBC News that he believes it is time for a change at the central office on Washington Street- strongly suggesting that he won’t vote to re-new Superintendent David Cox’ contract next year. Cox has been at the helm for close to eight years and his contract is set to expire next June.
