On Wednesday, October 31st, 2018, the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Tabitha Ann Yonker. The warrant was issued from a burglary investigation that occurred back on September 26th, 2018 at a Race Street residence where Yonker is alleged to have forcefully entered the residence and took a quantity of prescription medication. Yonker was charged with 1st degree burglary, 3rd degree burglary, 4th degree burglary, CDS possession not marihuana, and theft less than $100. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on her own personal recognizance.
