December 7th, 2019 by WCBC Radio

The Appalachian Regional Commission announced approval of a grant in the amount of $1,500,000 for City of Frostburg, Maryland, to make improvements to the Frostburg Gateway – a new circular roundabout located at the intersection of Braddock Road, Park Avenue, Center Street and Bowery Street. The ARC funds will be used to build a new roundabout replacing the current 5-way intersection.

Yeah cause that’s what we need..How about putting that money into a crime unit or a task force to help the drugs and criminals that target innocent people but no we need a stupid round about to help with what? The traffic? What a joke especially with the tax payers money. I’m sure a drug free community would help the community more.

1.5 mil for road that goes in a circle???…that people of Allegany County don’t know how to use? By that estimation, it must have cost 30 million to repair Grant Street this past summer.
