The expected new Allegany County Administrator- Brandon Butler- was a guest Wednesday morning on WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show”. Butler, 34, is a Garrett County native and currently employed at the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing & Regulation.He  is expected to be named the new Allegany County Administrator during Thursday’s meeting of the County Commissioners.
