On Sunday evening around 11:00 PM, the Maryland State Police McHenry Barrack received a phone call regarding a road rage incident that happened at the 6000 Block
of George Washington Highway.
Troopers arrived on the scene and identified a black Subaru Legacy and a red Cadillac El Dorado that had collided together. Investigation revealed the Cadillac and Subaru were
travelling east on George Washington Hwy when the Cadillac rammed the Subaru and pushed it off the road.
A physical altercation then occurred between the individuals in the vehicles. During the investigation it was learned that a knife and crowbar were used.
The Cadillac was driven by Jason W. Winkler (39 years old) from Oakland MD. The Subaru was driven by Dakota W. Daugherty (23 years old) from Keyser WV.
Winkler bought Methamphetamines from Michael S. Dixon (21 years old) from Mt Storm WV who was a passenger in the Subaru prior to the road rage incident.
Winkler was charged with first and second degree assault, malicious destruction of property, and controlled paraphernalia. Kimberly A Rivera (33 years old) from Davis WV
was involved and charged with first and second degree assault and controlled paraphernalia. Chloe M. Schenck (20 years old) from Burlington WV was involved and charged
with possession of methamphetamines with the intent to distribute, two counts of CDS not marijuana, and controlled paraphernalia. Michael S. Dixon (21 years old) from Mt Storm WV
was involved and charged with possession of methamphetamines with intent to distribute and CDS not marijuana. Tiffany L. Coffman (28 years old) from Eglon WV was involved
and charged with first and second degree assault and controlled paraphernalia.
All are currently awaiting a bond hearing.
