5:00 AM – UPDATE – According to emergency management it was not a house fire but a malfunctioning furnace.

9:45 PM UPDATE:

Officials have reopened the road to traffic.

INITIAL REPORT:

Cumberland Police have closed the road near 304 Industrial Boulevard due to a possible house fire.

Fire and EMS are also on the scene.
