12:30 PM UPDATE:
The Water Department has turned down valves and the leak is now isolated at the corner of Decatur & Frederick Streets.
The reservoir is filling back up at this time and customers with no water or low pressure will be back in service shortly.
INITIAL REPORT
Allegany County 911 reports a major water line break on Frederick and Decatur Streets.
The Cumberland Water Department has been notified.
Traffic should avoid the area, if at all possible.
