Allegany County 911 reports that US Route 220/McMullen Highway has been shut down in both directions after a vehicle accident around 9 AM.
The vehicle hit a utility pole causing lines to come down over the roadway.
The operator left the area on foot.
Police, fire and EMS are on the scene.

Allegany County 911 is reporting that US 220 near Skipton Lane in Rawlings was shut down Saturday evening due to a motor vehicle accident with entrapment.
Police, fire and rescue squads were sent to the scene.
