Early Sunday, Cumberland Police served a Criminal Summons on 29 year old Travis Maurice Peck of Cumberland. 

The charges stemmed from an investigation into the unauthorized use of a credit card.

Peck was served with his paperwork and released pending his appearance in District Court.

Charges: Fraud, Theft Scheme $100 to less than $1500, Unauthorized use of a credit card
