The 13th annual Chefs of Steel, the largest fundraiser for the Western Maryland Food Bank, is set for tonight. Chuck Koelker, president of the food bank’s board of directors, said that five local professional chefs and culinary students from Allegany College of Maryland will square off in a competition to create the most flavorful, most creative dish — all in an effort to help end hunger in Allegany County.
