Little Free Library
Little Free Library has opened in Historic downtown Cumberland. The Minecraft-themed Little Free Library is located at the corner of Merchants Alley and South Liberty Street. Take a book, leave a book. If you see a book you would like to read, feel free to take it with you. Return it to the Little Free Library when you have finished. Give a book and help keep this Little Free Library operating by leaving a book for others to read.

National Federation of the Blind of Maryland Western Maryland Chapter
The Western Maryland chapter of the National Federation of the Blind is seeking new members as it starts its local membership drive! Hounds Around Town
Looking for a day filled with furry friends and fun? Then look no further than the Allegany County Animal Shelter's "Hounds Around Town" program, which allows individuals to sign a shelter dog out for the day. The most important thing is you are giving an adoptable shelter dog a much-needed break from the kennels and providing enrichment and socialization. Bishop Walsh Spaghetti Dinner & Dance

Robert Burns Supper
The Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Knights of St. Andrew request the pleaseure of your company at their 19th annual Robert Burns Supper, Saturday, February 1st from 5:00PM to 9:00PM at the Cumberland masonic Temple, 15 Greene Street. The menu will feature a traditional Scots menu by Mise en Place and toasts with musical perfomances, readings of Burns poetry and will conclude with the toast to the Immortal memory. Scottish Freemasons are incredibly grateful to the donors who helped them continue to support the four area RiteCare Speech and Language disorders clinics – in Cumberland, Oakland, Keyser, and Petersburg – managed and operated by the Children's League. These clinics are currently providing FREE orthopedic and cleft lip/palate clincis as well as FREE speech assessments and therapy for children from birth to age 21 from Maryland, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Frankfort Althletic Booster Club Elimination Dinner
Come out and support the Frankfort Althletic Booster Club Elimination Dinner, being presented by UPMC Western Maryland, Saturday, March 1st at Brookdale Farms Stadel. The Falcons Flight to Fund event will have $3500 in cash prizes, a DJ and fun all evening long. Attendees must be 21 years old to participate.
