Funding from the Abandoned Mine Land Economic Revitalization Program is going toward Phase II of Mylan Park’s KOA RV Resort and Campground project in Morgantown, West Virginia. One million dollars will aid construction of 26 modular Lancaster Log Cabins and the paving of campground roads, enhancing amenities and infrastructure at the resort. “If we could have the level of successes of what you have already done and what you continue to do here in the AML Program that we have done over and over and over, absolutely it would be the greatest, the greatest, the greatest, the greatest. We have a lot of good stuff that has happened with the AML dollars, but there isn’t any better than what is going on here.”
