West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey was in Parkersburg on Monday to announce disbursements from the state’s opioid fund for programs across the state. $80,000 was awarded to the Mid-Ohio Valley Fellowship Home, a residential recovery program.  The Berkeley County Commission was awarded $60,000 for ongoing drug programs. Morrisey says he is continuing the work he started when he was the state’s Attorney General…
