West Virginia Governor Jim Justice, attended the 96th West Virginia State Fireman’s Association convention on Friday where he ceremonially signed House Bill 5128 which was approved in the 2024 General Assembly. The bill allocates $12 million to volunteer fire departments and other first responders across the state to fund their operations.
