The Women’s Health Center on Route 220 near Rawlings held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday with Congressman David Trone in attendance along with representatives for Senator Ben Cardin and Governor Moore.  Law enforcement was called on protesters who held signs near the ceremony but there were no arrests.  WCBC did not receive any notification of or invitation to the ribbon cutting.
