“We have purchased three diesels, carried more people each year since 2021 than any other year the railroad was in existence. We have put in thousands of ties, fixed thousands of feet of track. We have returned to service six cars. We have gone from five employees to 40. We have put nine people through continuing education programs, six people through a job’s grant.”
