October 4th, 2024 by WCBC Radio

On 10/03/2024 at approximately 2:00 PM the Cumberland City Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Winton Place for a trespassing complaint. Officers were advised subjects were at an abandoned residence which was currently for sale. Upon arrival an officer observed Shyanna Wigfield in the rear yard of the residence. As the officer went to make contact with Wigfield he observed Gary Bookheimer and Robert Barrett actively smoking CDS. Upon seeing the officer Bookheimer threw the glass pipe he was using into a neighboring yard. The officer detained all three subjects at that time. A search of the immediate area revealed multiple different CDS and CDS paraphernalia.
