Snow expected. Total snow accumulations around 3 to 5 inches along the western slopes and 1 to 3 inches elsewhere. West to northwest wind gusts around 30 to 50 mph are expected as well. In Maryland, Extreme Western Allegany County and in West Virginia, Western Mineral County from 4 PM Monday to 8 AM Tuesday.
Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the evening commute Monday and the morning commute Tuesday. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
