WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO 2 PM EST
MONDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and sleet accumulations of 1 to 3 inches, and a
  light glaze of ice from freezing rain.

* WHERE...Allegany County in Maryland, and Berkeley, Jefferson,
  Morgan, and western Mineral Counties in West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to 2 PM EST Monday.

* WHAT...Snow and sleet accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. A light
  glaze of ice from freezing rain is possible. Winds gusting as
  high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 2 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibility may be reduced below one-half
  mile at times in snow Monday morning. Temperatures will rise
  above freezing for most areas by midday Monday.

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

When venturing outside, watch your first few steps taken on
steps, sidewalks, and driveways, which could be icy and slippery,
