Governor Patrick Morrisey announced a free online program for all West Virginians to build skills to boost West Virginia tourism. The Department of Tourism and Blue Ridge Community and Technical College created “Tourism Works” for anyone to learn more about the state of West Virginia and all it has to offer.  Morrisey says the program supports the state’s small businesses and equips its residents…
