The West Virginia Department of Human Services is now accepting clothing allowance applications. Eligible children will receive a $200 electronic benefit transfer card instead of a voucher this year.
The EBT will work like a debit card, allowing online purchases and increased choice for school appropriate clothing or materials. Families can apply online at wvpath.wv.gov or through their local Human Services office before July 31.
