Queen of Queen City Pageant at the Embassy Theatre, September 28th from 9 – 11:30 Doors Open at 8 pm • Show starts at 9 pm at 104 Washington Street Once again our Lavender Dollies and a new crew of contestants will convene for our annual pageant to select our next Queen of Queen City. Seating is limited to 100 patrons, so don't miss out on all the fun. Howard's Run Festival 25K & 5K. Howard's 25K Run is a point-to-point race beginning at the Frostburg trailhead of the Great Allegheny Passage and finishing at the zero marker in front of the Western Maryland Station. It's a downhill grade for 13+ miles, ending with flat, paved finish. Howard’s 5K begins at the origin or "0" of the Great Allegheny Passage.
