Queen of Queen City Pageant at the Embassy Theatre, September 28th from 9 – 11:30 Doors Open at 8 pm • Show starts at 9 pm at 104 Washington Street Once again our Lavender Dollies and a new crew of contestants will convene for our annual pageant to select our next Queen of Queen City. Howard's Run Festival 25K & 5K. Howard's 25K Run is a point-to-point race beginning at the Frostburg trailhead of the Great Allegheny Passage and finishing at the zero marker in front of the Western Maryland Station. It's a downhill grade for 13+ miles, ending with flat, paved finish. Howard’s 5K begins at the origin or "0" of the Great Allegheny Passage.
