On 04/21/2025 at approximately 4:30 PM the Cumberland City Police Department were dispatched to the 30 block of Weber Street for an assault. Upon arrival officers spoke to the victim who advised they were assaulted by Dennis Bolden. Officers observed injuries consistent with the victim’s complaint. Bolden was placed under arrest without incident and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center. Bolden was seen by a District Court Commissioner and was held on a $5,000.00 bond.

Charge – Assault 2nd Degree
