Governor Wes Moore will deliver his third State of the State address in the House Chamber of the Maryland Legislature today. WCBC will be carrying the Governor’s speech at 1pm, following ABC News.  Moore is expected to review wins from his past year in office, including the handling of the Key Bridge collapse as well as plans around economic growth, tax reform, and education.
