On Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, water service will be interrupted for a 16" valve replacement on Morningside Drive. Those affected include Highland Estates, Allegany Soil Conservation, Dollar General, Pharmacare, and the Naves Crossroad Plaza. Those on the Willison Oil side of I68 will experience low pressure.

The City of Cumberland is advising that Thursday, March 14, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., water service will be interrupted on Patterson Avenue for a valve replacement.
The area affected includes the 800 block of Patterson Avenue, Sperry Terrace, and Manns Terrace.
