Around 7:29 PM on Sunday, January 5, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 200 Block of Washington Street for the report of a motor vehicle crash. Officers were advised that a dark-colored SUV had struck a parked car and continued traveling without notifying the owner.
