Sheriff's Office Most Wanted Apprehended:
Adam Lee Shipway, was served 2 bench warrants for Violation of Probation from Circuit and District Court. At approximately 1:30 PM a member of County Combined Warrant was conducting surveillance on Shipway's residence located at 745 Dale Street in Cumberland. Shipway was seen driving a Chevrolet pickup truck which pulled into the driveway of his Dale Street home and go inside. The County Warrant Unit, assisted by the Allegany Sheriff's Office Patrol deputies searched the house and located Shipway hiding in the basement. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center. For the District Court case he is held on a $1,500 bond, and for the Circuit Court case he is being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
Brittany Ann Noelle Kerling, 32 of Cresaptown, was arrested on a District Court Warrant for Assault-2nd Degree. She was released on a $1,000 Unsecured Personal Bond (UPB).

Chadwick Richard Tharp, 50 of Circleville, Ohio and Morgantown, WV, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear (FTA). His original charge was Violation of an Out of State Protective Order. The County Combined Warrant Unit extradited Tharp from Monogalia County WV. He was released after posting 10% of a $5,000 bond.
