On Monday, November 25th, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Tia Marie Jones, 43, of Cumberland MD. Jones was arrested on two active Bench Warrants issued by the Allegany County District Court on November 18th. Both warrants allege that Jones failed to comply with an order of the court that had been placed upon her due to previous charges of trespassing and CDS possession. Jones was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held without bond.

On Monday, November 25th, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Elizabeth Mae Price, 41, of Cumberland MD. Price was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on November 25th. The warrant alleges that Price violated the terms and conditions of probation that had been placed upon her due to a previous conviction on CDS possession charges. Price was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held without bond.

On Wednesday, November 20th, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department arrested Lisa Flor Breiterman, 46, of Cumberland MD. Breiterman was arrested on an active Arrest Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court for an incident that occurred on November 18th. On this date, it is alleged that Breiterman harassed and threatened a subject that she was prohibited from contacting due to an active Peace Order. Breiterman was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held without bond.

On Wednesday, November 20th, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department arrested John Erik Barker, 51, of Cumberland MD. Barker was arrested on an active Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on November 14th. The warrant alleges that Barker failed to appear in court on that date on a previous theft charge. Barker was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was released on his own recognizance.
