Dax Webster Folk, 43 of Frostburg, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant Failure to Appear. His original charge was for Malicious Destruction of Property/Valued less than $1,000. He was released on his own recognizance.
David Michael Stonebraker, 56 of Augusta, WV was arrested on a Washington County District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. His original charges include Driving on a Suspended License and Numerous other traffic offenses. He was released after posting $1,500 bail.
Delante Lamar Lewis, 31 of Frostburg, was arrested charged with being a Fugitive from Virginia. Lewis was wanted by Spotsylvania, Virginia for Violation of CDS Charge. He is being held on Detainer at the Allegany County Detention Center pending extradition to Virginia.

Jessica Louise Orth, 39 of Frostburg, was arrested on an Anne Arundel County District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. Her original charges were Theft: $1,500 To Under $25,000, two counts of Acting as a Contractor without a License, and Sell Home Improvement without a License. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance.
Michael Edward Preston, 39 of Frostburg, was served a Circuit Court warrant for Violation of Probation. His original conviction was for Driving, Attempting to Drive Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
David Lee Kesler Jr., 32 of Cumberland, was arrested on two Circuit Court warrants for Violation of Probation. His original charges were for Assault-2nd Degree and Conspiracy/Assault 1st Degree. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review.
Andrea Renee Whetzel, 37 of Frostburg, was arrested on three warrants. Two district court warrants for Failure to Appear for charges of Theft: Less Than $100 and Failure to Send Child to School and a Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear for a charge of Driving Suspended. She is being held without bond in both district court matters and has a bail review pending for her circuit court case.
