Paul Campbell Jr.38 of Salem, WV, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant Violation of Probation. Cambell was originally convicted of Concealed-Handgun in Vehicle and sentenced to an 18-month jail term. He had a Hearing to Consider 8507 in September which is a motion to request the Court order a treatment evaluation for co-occurring conditions. This means that the defendant may struggle with an addiction, along with a mental illness. Campbell is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.

Mark Anthony Coleman, 33 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. He was convicted of Assault-Second Degree and sentenced to a 5-year jail term with all but 195-days suspended and 3-years Supervised Probation. Coleman is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.

Raymond Ellis Wilson Jr, 24 of Frostburg, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Conditions of Release. Wilson was originally convicted of misdemeanor Conspiracy-Possession with Intent to Distribute and received a 5-year Suspended Jail Term with 3-years Supervised Probation. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.

Bobbi Lynn Younker, 41 of Little Orleans, was arrested on a District Court arrest warrant from Washington County for Failure to Appear (FTA). The arrested occurred in Little Orleans and the individual was turned over to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. The original charge is Assault-Second Degree. Younker was released on her own recognizance after appearing before the Court Commissioner.
