Dillen Allen Smith, 30 of Flintstone, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Smith’s original conviction was for Driving Vehicle While So far Impaired by Drugs Cannot Drive Safely. He was sentenced to a Fine of $307.50 and 3-years Unsupervised Probation Before Judgement (PBJ) and a suspended 60-days suspended sentence. Smith was released on his own recognizance on this matter, but is being held at this time at the Allegany County Detention Center on other charges.
Heather Renee Sager, 31 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant Violation of Probation. Sager’s original conviction was for two counts of Neglect of Minor where she received a 4-year jail term with all but 210-days suspended for count one and a 4-year suspended sentence for count two along with 3-years Supervised Probation. She is currently being held without bond pending a bail review.
Robb William Pataski, 51 of Greenfield, PA, was served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. His original conviction was for Armed Robbery where he received a 20-year sentence with all but 15-years suspended, Handgun Use/ Felony/ Violent Crime with a suspended jail term of 5-years, and 2-years Supervised Probation. Pataski is being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
Christopher Allen Martin, 34 of Corriganville, was served a District Court Arrest Warrant for the following charges: CDS: Possession – Large Amount, CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis, CDS: Possession With Intent to Distribute: Narcotics, and Possession/Receiving CDS While Confined/Detained. Martin is being held without bond pending a bail review in District Court.
Carissa Marie Hostetler, 34 of Connellsville, PA, was extradited from Fayette County PA and served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Hostetler was originally convicted of Conspiracy-Possession with Intent to Distribute and sentenced to a 3-year jail term with all but 117-days suspended and 3-years Supervised Probation.
Douglas Bradley Hamilton II, 35 of Bedford, PA was arrested and charged at Fugitive from Justice due to having an active warrant in Bedford County PA for Content for Violation of Order or Agreement. Hamilton is being held on a detainer at this time.
