Christopher Thomas Carr, 47 of Rawlings, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear (FTA) for a Violation of Probation (VOP) hearing. His original conviction was for Theft: $100 to Under $1,500 where he received a 60-day suspended jail term with 12-months Supervised Probation. Carr is being held without bond pending a bail review in District Court.
Kyle Ann Fleagle, 47 of Hagerstown, was served two (2) Circuit Court Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear (FTA) and Violation of Pre-Trial Release for a Violation of Probation hearing. Fleagle was originally convicted of Driving Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol (DWI) and received a 1-year suspended jail term with 2-years Supervised Probation. Fleagle is being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
Daniel Elisha Williams Jr, 32 of Fort Ashby, WV was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pre-Trial Release. Original Charge: Assault-2nd Degree. Williams was sentenced to 30-days and released with credit for time served in another jurisdiction.
