Friday, November 1, 2024Mark Anthony Coleman, 33 of Cumberland was served two (2) Circuit Court warrants for Violation of Probation (VOP). •Warrant 1 – His original conviction was for Conspiracy – CDS: Possession With Intent to Distribute: Narcotics and received a suspended sentence of 9-years 8-months and 2-days with 4-years Supervised Probation. •Warrant 2 – His original conviction was for Resist/Interfere with Arrest and Alter Physical Evidence Criminal Proceeding where he received a 3-year Suspended Sentence with 4-years Supervised Probation. Coleman is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center in both matters.
Marshall Anthony Rankin, 20 of Frostburg, was served a District Court Warrant for Assault-First Degree, Assault-Second Degree, and Violation of Release Conditions-Crime of Violence. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Dana Karyn Williams, 29 of Frostburg, was served a Circuit Court Body Attachment for a Child Support Administration case.
Timothy Dale Ryan, 38 of Paw Paw, was served a District Court Warrant for Failure to Comply. His original charges include: Trespass-Posted Property, CDS: Possession Paraphernalia, and CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis. Ryan is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
